Planworks Design provides the following architectural services:
Every Client is different, bringing their own ideas and desires to their project. It is the aim of this Practice to ensure that these desires are realised, as best as this is possible. Design service is provided to suit the Client brief, not to fit what the Architect may want. This is done by working closely with Clients, by offering practical guidance and realistic advice, to ensure that every project progresses to a best possible outcome.
Opinions of Project costs and work schedules are provided to Clients where requested, together with assistance in choices of construction methods, external and internal materials and finishing, and other building information.
Professional Memberships
Clive Ducker graduated from RMIT in 1985, and has been an Associate member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects since 1989. He has had more than 20 years experience in Residential architecture from design concept, to project documentation, contract administration and project completion.
